Bay Area Newborn Photographer | Baby Emma

I had the pleasure of photographing Kathryn and Nick’s wedding a few years ago and just had the honor of photographing their newborn daughter, Emma. These relationships I make with clients truly warm my heart. I enjoy following couples from their engagement sessions to their wedding, maternity and then newborn portraits. It’s just so rewarding! This beautiful girl could not have been any more angelic. We kept the entire portrait session relaxed, and candid. I always plan lots of time for soothing, diapers and feedings, as baby is still adjusting, as well as parents. Simple window light and plain walls offers me a great pallet for candid family portraits. We piled on the bed, and even invited the handsome Tank, the family lab, onto the bed for a cuddle. These moments are so fleeting, it’s so special to capture these early days in the life of a new baby. Well, these parents couldn’t be more adorable. Congrats to this wonderful young family!
